About Our Victory Valor Program

a Victory Service Dogs Hat

Victory Valor is a fully supported service dog training program valued at approximately $10,000+ per team.

Through the generosity of donors and community partners, 95% of the program is of no cost to you.

If you do not have a dog for the program, please review this document and apply once you have obtained a dog. If you have questions or need additional assistance, please call our office at 719-394-4060.

You must have a dog to begin the process, applicants are required to complete a $50 non-refundable dog temperament evaluation and a $450 non-refundable intake investment.

This investment covers:

  • Application review and screening
  • In-home assessment
  • Program onboarding and planning

More importantly, it ensures that each applicant is fully committed to the 18–24 month training journey ahead.

Because our capacity is limited, this step allows our team to focus our time and resources on individuals who are ready to follow through and succeed. We believe cost should never prevent the right person from starting. If you are committed to the program but need financial assistance, please reach out to discuss available options.

Program Eligibility

  • Must be a Veteran or Retired First Responder
  • Must have honorable Discharge per DD-214
  • Must commit to the 15-18 month training program
